Does your company accept returns?
Answer
No, due to the nature of our products and strict COVID regulations there are no refunds. Exchanges and returns allowed in certain situations.
If you must cancel your order, there will be a 25% cancellation fee taken from the refund of the total amount.
If you receive a custom wig from hair aspirationz and there is an issue with the lace, bundles or construction. You should contact us via email immediately. After 1 week of having received said unit this offer will no longer be available. Inspection of our wigs are done in a strategic process.
What’s the difference between Pre-made wigs and Ready-to-Ship wigs.
Answer
Pre-Made wigs are units constructed by the manufacturer using Virgin hair, in various sizes and styles that are usually ready to ship in 2 to 5 business days. They can last years with proper maintenance.
Ready-to-Ship wigs are machine made wigs using “our” hair. They are constructed on a breathable ventilated adjustable wig cap and they come in sizes of small 21-21.5, medium 22-22.5, large 23-23.5. They usually ship within 2 to 5 business days. Imperative that you know your measurements as we do not provide refunds, returns nor exchanges on improperly measured wigs
What are custom wigs?
Answer
They are wigs created to fit your head based upon the measurements provided using a breathable ventilated wig cap with adjustable strap. Elastic bands can be added to the wig making it a glue less fit. These wigs are constructed using our Raw Indonesian and Southeast Asian Raw hair that can be lifted up to 9 levels. Accompanied by our top tier high grade HD lace making your install seamless.
Once again we will not exchange, refund nor return wigs due to improper measurements
We recommend using 4 or more bundles for inches greater than 22 example “22,24,26,28 etc”
If your order consist of 18,20,22…3 bundles should suffice.
